Today I wanted to share the latest workout video to date of my second pregnancy. I’m not going to lie–workouts are getting pretty difficult at this point! But I always feel stronger, healthier, and happier post workout. 🙂 The beauty of the workouts you see in the video below is that you don’t need any formal equipment to do them. I like to get my workout in outdoors (usually at a park) so my high energy toddler can have fun while mommy gets her sweat in.
