Simple Garlic & Sprouts Recipe

8 Brussel sprouts cut in half
8 Per Cook shrimp
2 garlic cloves sliced
A pinch or 2 of basil
Salt & Pepper
About a tsp of butter
Olive oil
Preheat a skillet with a little olive oil,
Add garlic & brussel sprouts cook for 2 minutes, flipping your sprouts,
Add butter
Once its melted add your shrimp
Season with salt & pepper & Basil. Make sure you flip your sprouts and shrimp so that both sides have a nice color.
