FRUIT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

If you’ve read my book 7 Habits of a Healthy, Happy Mom or follow me on my social media, then you know and understand my love for smoothies.

Today for Fitness Friday, I wanted to share an easy fruit smoothie recipe you can add into your summer rotation that–gasp–your kids will love too!

The antioxidant and detoxifying vitamins in this recipe will contribute to glowing skin, healthy digestion, revitalizing energy, as well as weight loss. Try it today and share this with your friends!

Ingredients:

✔ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
✔ 1 cup strawberries
✔ 1 banana
✔ 1 tablespoon of Flaxseeds
✔ Handful of ice

Add ingredients in the order listed above. Blend until smooth.
