Welcome back! Last time the Food and Fitness Network shared a wonderful super smoothie, this time we have returned to excite your children’s taste buds.
A fruity drink that can also be made into a popsicle for a treat on a Hot summer day! My mom is a psychologist and she taught me the best way to bond with the little ones is to include them in helping out with family cooking and life skills. This is the perfect time to have your child participate in something fun as well as leading them on a path to a healthy lifestyle.
Here’s How To Make it..
You will need the following items
Blueberries 1oz
Raspberries 1oz
Sugar 2 tablespoons 1oz
1) Place all ingredients in blender and add 1/2 cup of water. Blend together until desired texture.
2) Pour into glass and enjoy!
For the popsicles follow the same steps and pour into the popsicle trays and let it sit in the freezer until frozen.
