GEORGIA PEACH SMOOTHIE

This unique smoothie I dedicate to my late mother.  Peaches were her favorite fruit and they always  provide me with great memories every time I create  a pie or drink using them. My mother was the most  fabulous cook and baker and she never cooked anything that wasn’t from scratch. She always enjoyed  making people happy with her cooking and putting smiles on peoples faces.

•   1 Peach. Cut  and Sliced
•   4  Tablespoons of Organic
•   Coconut Palm Sugar
•   1 Pinch of Cinnamon
•   2 oz of Peach or Reg Yogurt
•   4 Ice Cubes
•   2 oz  Water/ Almond Milk/ or Soy Milk
