Green Chile Bagels

Cook and Prep: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

6 green Chile bagels

1 oz fresh green chile

10-14 fresh large spinach leafs

6-8 fresh eggs

2 oz mexi cheese

3 -4 oz earth spread

Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Using a serrated knife carefully cut your bagels in half and set aside. Prepare your eggs and cook to your specifications my eggs were cooked over medium for these bagels.

Step 2

In a larger pan place your butter inside a pan and lay your bagels soft side down to toast all of your bagels when complete set aside.
