Many of us will fall victim to desserts and sweets, so here we go with this cream cheese pumpkin pie recipe for your Holiday feasting. Enjoy!!

 

       INGREDIENTS    

    •    1  Whole  Pumpkin
    •    1 1/2 Pounds Cream Cheese
    •    1 can whipped cream
    •    4 Eggs
    •    1 cup sugar
    •    1/2 cup Brown sugar
    •    1 Tbsp of Honey
    •    1 Tbs Pumpkin Spice/All Spice
    •    2Tbs Vanilla
    •    3-4 cups pumpkin filling
    •    2 tsp Cinnamon
    •    2  Tbsp Self Rising flour
    •    2 Pie Shells

 INSTRUCTIONS  

Step 1:  Use a Big Metal Spoon, or Gloves, and clean out pumpkin; place seeds aside. Also, Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and make sure your Butter and Cream cheese is at room temperature or soft.

Step 2: Cut Pumpkin in half, then into smaller sections and Boil in water in a pot, (Boil for 5 min, then on medium for Approx (30) min).

Step 3: Cool off Cooked Pumpkin portions, then separate  the  outer skin with a Big Spoon or Gloved Hands and place in Bowl. Add Butter, Sugar, Cream, Vanilla, Flour, Spices, then Blend it all together with mixer, Whisk, or Spoon. Afterward, mix in 3 eggs to mix.

Step 4: Poke Holes in your pie shells with a fork at the bottom and sides of Pie shells.

Step 5:  Add Pumpkin Pie mix into shells, only filling to the Top of the Pie ridges , then grab the bottom sides of the pans and even out the filling by gently shaking the pie in a circular motion. This helps smooth your pies out more evenly.

Step 6: (EggWash) Add. 1 Egg, 1 Tsp, of Honey, and 2 Tbls of water/milk (Note: The Honey is our Exclusive for our fans). Brush Egg wash on your Outer Trimming of Pie Crust, and then Add Foil to outer layer of your Pie Crust and place in the middle racks of oven. Bake at 400 degrees (F) with foil for 45 min. During the last 15 minutes of the full 1Hour cooking time, take off Foil, Bake for 15 min., take out pies and Let cool for an hour.

Step 7: Refrigerate pies in refrigerator for 4 hours, cut chilled afterwords.
