- 1pkg Noodles/ICHIBAN
- Pinch of Salt/Pepper
- 1tsp CBD’Full Spectrum
- 1-2 Boiled Eggs
- 1oz of Bochoy/Chinese Cabbage
- 1oz Bean Sprouts
- Pinch Chile Red Chili Flakes
- Tbls Soy Sauce
- Pinch of Green Onions

Boil your Eggs also for the Week. Boil your Eggs on High, in water for 15 minutes, then turn them off for a few minutes, then rinse in cold water.
