INGREDIENTS
2 Bags Collard Greens/ 6 Bundles
1 Bag of Kale/ 2 Bundles of Kale
1/2 Cup Merlot
1/4 Diced Onion
3 Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1 Container Chicken Stock/2 Tbs of Bag or Chicken Bullion
1 Tbs Sea Salt
1-2 oz, Canola/Veg Oil
1 Container of Sliced Mushrooms
1 tsp Soy Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Step 1: Rinse greens and kale. Spray with vegetable wash. Dry and Dice the onion.
Step 2: Add oil to a big pot, then add greens and kale, stirring greens in put on Semi-Hot Heat.
Step 3: Add mushrooms and onions, continue stirring, then sprinkle in All Dry Spices.
Step 4: Next, add Merlot of cooking wine, Soy sauce and Red Wine Vinegar.
Step 5: Continue stirring, then place on Low heat for 15-20 minutes.
After this, turn it off and the greens are ready.
